Tour the Aqueduct for Path Through History Weekend

Join us for a wonderful tour around the Schoharie Creek Aqueduct. This engineering marvel carried the Erie Canal OVER the Schoharie Creek and has many layers of exciting history. Site staff will offer the history of the canal, the aqueduct, and the preservation efforts to save what remains of this impressive structure. During this program, you’ll have the rare opportunity to walk out onto the towpath of the aqueduct while you learn of its history.
