The Holiday Light Train

During the month of December, we will be celebrating the magic of the season with the wonder of holiday lights.

Thanks to our volunteers, our Holiday Light Train map will conveniently put you on the path to find the best outdoor holiday light displays Amsterdam has to offer.

How does this work?
Beginning December 10th (through Christmas Day!), The L.J. Nasadoski Memorial Fund will provide families in Amsterdam access to a digital map that will bring them on a magical light experience through our community. This is the perfect family activity that can be enjoyed from the warmth of your own car!

Our journey will begin at our North Pole Hub where children can sneak a peek into Santa’s Workshop . You will then begin your journey through The City of Amsterdam to end at the Mohawk Valley Gateway Bridge where Letters to Santa can be mailed directly to The North Pole.

We only ask that families remain in your cars for this show of lights.

Our event will run daily through Christmas day between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
