Ghosts of the Past

Evening walking tours at Green Hill Cemetery where you will “meet” Amsterdamians of the 19th and 20th centuries and hear their stories. Tours start and end at Amsterdam City Hall, 61 Church Street, where parking will be available. Tours begin at 6:00 PM both evenings, October 24th and 25th, with a new tour departing every 30 minutes through 8:30 PM. Each tour lasts approximately one hour. Tour goers will be bused to and from City Hall. Sturdy walking shoes are recommended as the tour will cover uneven ground. Complimentary refreshments will be available at City Hall. Tickets MUST be purchased in advance and are specific for both the tour date and time. Ticket holders must check in at the registration table in City Hall at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Any unsold tickets will be available at the door; however please be aware that this event usually sells out well before the first date.
